Caesars Sportsbook review

7.9out of 10

For straight bettors and Caesars Rewards members who want quick stated withdrawals and profit boosts paid in cash. Heavy parlay and teaser bettors should compare prices first.

Caesars Sportsbook is the former William Hill US, owned by Caesars Entertainment (Nasdaq: CZR) since April 2021 and licensed by state regulators; Massachusetts and Iowa regulators name the licensee American Wagering, Inc. Caesars' Q3 2025 filing counts 33 sports wagering jurisdictions, 26 of them online (September 2025).[1][2][3][21][8]

It publishes −110 as its standard price on spreads and totals and prices parlays by multiplying the legs, with no fixed payout table. It says many withdrawals are approved within an hour.[52][57][11]

The record is mixed: New Jersey fined it $251,250 plus disgorgement in August 2026 over self-exclusion and responsible-gaming failures, and in 2023 an attacker copied its parent's Caesars Rewards loyalty database; Caesars Rewards is built into the sportsbook app.[15][16][50][2]

Best for

  • Straight bettors who want their money back quickly: Caesars says many withdrawals are approved within an hour and approved debit-card withdrawals often post within an hour of approval.[11]
  • Caesars Rewards members: straight bets at −300 or longer earn up to 10 Reward Credits and 10 Tier Credits per $100, parlays at +200 or longer up to 20.[34]
  • Bettors who like profit boosts: Caesars pays the extra winnings from a profit boost in cash, not bonus bets.[31][73]

Skip it if

  • You bet main lines and care about price: −110 where another book offers −105 costs $2.16 a $100 bet at a coin flip, $1,082.25 over 500 bets (example prices).[52][calc]
  • You want the cheapest 2-team NFL teaser: one 2025 newsletter put Caesars at −125 on the 6-point teaser, second to bet365 at −120, and Caesars publishes no teaser table, so check the slip.[61][58]
  • You build big parlays and same-game parlays: the margin compounds leg by leg, and Caesars management has tied its higher hold to parlays, props and in-play betting.[56][54][calc]

How vigged scores it

7.9/10
  • Pricing 25%7.0

Caesars publishes −110 as standard on spreads and totals and no reduced-juice offer was found. Parlays are true multiplied odds, and one 2025 newsletter put the 2-team NFL teaser at −125, second to bet365; that is not enough to lift it off the 7 (typical) anchor.[52][57][61]

  • Markets 15%8.5

Same-game parlays, Flex Parlays, live betting, in-app streaming, full cash out, teasers, profit boosts, and Caesars Racebook in 22 states. Prop depth and the full sports list were not confirmed from Caesars, and partial cash out was not found.[60][70][69][71][8]

  • Limits 15%7.0

Typical US retail: house rules let Caesars restrict stakes per customer, an advocacy site grades its terms F and app users report limits. Its COO told Massachusetts regulators it does not ban customers for winning and one press piece cites bettors praising its limits, but that is the book's own account and anecdote, with no Caesars-specific data, so it stays on the 7 (typical) anchor.[27][36][41][40]

  • Payouts 15%8.5

Caesars states many withdrawals are approved within an hour, debit often posts within the hour and most PayPal the same day, and it was not among the books named in a 2022 BBB complaints analysis. The wording is hedged ("many", "often"), no fee schedule was found, and New York users reported slow withdrawals after the 2022 launch, so it sits on the 8.5 anchor with DraftKings and FanDuel.[11][13][25][24]

  • App & site 10%8.5

4.7 on the App Store from about 113K ratings and about 4.5 on Google Play, with Flex Parlays, streaming and lock-screen results: the 8.5 anchor. Outages are on record (Colorado 2024; the older Nevada platform at Super Bowl LVII), and users report logouts and odds changing at submission, so it sits half a point below FanDuel and Hard Rock Bet.[46][49][45][74][75]

  • Promos 5%8.5

The New York offer seen in October 2026 is ten 100% profit boosts paid in cash, capped at $25 a stake, with no minimum-odds rule seen: a good offer on fair terms, the 8.5 anchor, half a point above FanDuel's bonus bets that return no stake. Only one state's offer could be read, and bonus bets elsewhere expire in 7 to 30 days.[31][32][33]

  • Safety & licensing 15%8.5

State licenses, a Nasdaq-listed parent and a licensed record back to William Hill's 2012 Nevada license, with RG tools on Caesars' own pages. The record has the 2026 New Jersey self-exclusion fine, fines in Ohio, Iowa and Massachusetts, and the 2023 data breach, which keeps it on the 8.5 anchor.[3][4][43][15][19][21][18][50]

Weighted mean of seven scores, each 0–10 against the same published anchors for every book. Tap a row for the reason. How the rubric works.

Pricing: standard juice, true-odds parlays

Caesars' own betting guide says −110 is the standard price on most spreads and totals: risk $110 to win $100. No reduced-juice schedule was found, and its welcome offer is profit boosts, not cheaper lines.[52][53]

Example prices At −110 on both sides the overround is 4.76%. You need 52.38% to break even, and a $100 bet at a coin flip costs $4.55 on average, $2,272.73 over 500 bets. Taking −110 where another book offers −105 pays $90.91 instead of $95.24 on a win: $2.16 a bet, $1,082.25 over 500.[calc]

Caesars' house rules say parlay odds are calculated by multiplying the decimal odds of each leg; a void or pushed leg is removed, and baseball parlays are capped at 720-to-1. Example prices: three −110 legs pay +595.79 against +700 at the no-vig price, which costs $13.03 per $100 if each leg is a true 50%.[57][58][calc]

Check the slip, not the guide. Caesars' football guide shows a −110/−150/−110 parlay at about +596; multiplied out, those prices come to about +507 (example check). The +596 figure is three −110 legs.[59][calc]

Caesars Digital's sports hold was 8.3% in Q1 2026, per its earnings call, and its 10-Q gives 10.9% for a narrower set of operations in Q2 2026. That is revenue over handle across parlays, props and live bets, not the margin on a −110 line; management has tied higher hold to that mix since 2023.[54][55][56]

One 2025 newsletter had Caesars at −125 on the 2-team 6-point NFL teaser, second to bet365 at −120. Example prices: at −125 each leg must win 74.54%, at −120 73.85%. Caesars' guide says buying −3 to −2.5 off −110 might cost about −130; in vigged's NFL model that is close to a wash (−4.03% against −4.16% at a no-vig coin flip on the main number).[61][52][calc]

Example prices What the price costs over 500 bets

Caesars Sportsbook's typical price (−110)

  • −110$2,273
  • −108$1,852
  • −105$1,190
  • −104$962

Expected cost of 500 bets of $100, each a true 50/50, at each price on both sides (vigged's calculator). Caesars Sportsbook: −110, standard on most spreads and totals, per its guide.[52][calc]

Markets: same-game parlays, Flex Parlays and racing

Caesars offers same-game parlays, including live and alternate-line SGPs per its North Carolina guide. Its help pages disagree with each other: a West Virginia page says pregame only, up to 10 legs, and one page says SGPs cannot be cashed out.[60][68]

What happens to a void or pushed SGP leg depends on the state, and the sources read disagree: Caesars' house-rules pages were reported both to recalculate the odds on the remaining legs and, in some states, to void or push the whole wager (accounts of the Illinois page differ). Read your own state's house rules page before building one.[69][57][58]

Caesars' 2026 pre-football-season release presents Flex Parlays, which let a parlay still pay if one or two legs miss, alongside an in-app game called Squad Builder; App Store notes mention a Flex Parlay payout slider.[70][46]

Full cash out is offered pregame and live while every open selection is still on offer; it is not available on odds-boost markets and Caesars can remove it without notice. Partial cash out was not found in its rules. In-app streaming began with NFL games in December 2022, and recent Caesars releases describe thousands of events; which events stream in which state was not verified.[69][72][71]

Caesars Racebook ran in 22 states at 2025-09-30, and pari-mutuel racing sits inside the sportsbook app in Kentucky and Colorado. Caesars offers no prediction markets; its CEO has said the company will not put its gaming licenses at risk.[8][29][30]

Limits: high caps, mixed reports

Caesars' house rules cap winnings at $3,000,000 per customer per day and stakes at $1,000,000, a figure management can restrict or increase per customer after internal review. The online minimum stake is $0.05.[27][28]

At a Massachusetts Gaming Commission roundtable in September 2024, Caesars' COO said bans are for illegal activity or repeated breaches of its terms, not for beating the book, and that such customers can still get bets down. He said 0.043% of its 2023 wagers were placed at a customer's individual maximum.[36][37]

Outside views split. An Indianapolis Business Journal piece says some bettors credit Caesars with higher limits than DraftKings, BetMGM and PointsBet; terms.law, an advocacy site, grades its restriction terms F. App Store reviewers report bet-size limits and an account closed after winning; those are individual claims.[41][40][45]

Across all Massachusetts operators, 0.64% of accounts had some limit between December 2024 and September 2025, and consistent winners were more likely to be limited. In December 2025 the MGC advanced a rule requiring books to tell a bettor when and why they are limited. None of that data breaks out Caesars.[39][38]

Payouts: often within an hour, by Caesars' account

Caesars says withdrawal requests are processed 24/7 and many are approved within an hour, though it may ask for documents first. Its state pages say approved debit-card withdrawals often post within an hour, most approved PayPal withdrawals arrive the same day, and eCheck takes 1–2 business days.[11][13][10]

Deposits start at $5 and digital withdrawals at $1. Methods vary by state: debit card, eCheck, online banking, PayPal, Venmo, Play+, Apple Pay and PayNearMe cash (deposits only), and wire for $2,500 or more. Credit cards are not accepted outside Puerto Rico and Canada.[10][11][12]

PayPal appears as a withdrawal option only after a PayPal deposit, to the same account. Caesars' West Virginia casino help page says larger wins that need an audit or a W-2G typically take 3 business days or less. No fee schedule was found on the payment pages read.[11][14]

After its 2022 New York launch Caesars acknowledged customer-service problems, with users reporting slow withdrawals and long live-chat waits. A 2022 analysis of about 2,400 BBB withdrawal complaints named DraftKings, FanDuel and BetMGM, not Caesars. Review sites disagree on speed, from within 24 hours to 1–3 business days.[24][25][26]

App: 4.7 on iOS, older outages on record

One snapshot of the store listings showed 4.7 on the App Store from about 113K ratings and about 4.5 on Google Play from about 35K reviews. One review site had 4.7 from 75.8K and 4.3 from 27.4K in July 2026.[46][49][67]

The sportsbook runs on iOS, Android and desktop, with one login and one wallet across Caesars' mobile states, Nevada included since July 2025. Mississippi (on property only) and Washington tribal venues have separate apps.[64][65][66][47][48]

Store notes list Live Activities that show bet and leg results on the iPhone lock screen, odds alerts, a redesigned betslip and a Flex Parlay payout slider. Store review snippets complain of restarts while placing bets, logouts, odds changing at submission and blocked withdrawals, and praise quick live updates; it is a small, undated sample.[46][45][49]

At Super Bowl LVII in February 2023 the Nevada William Hill and Caesars apps went down for more than 72 hours and Nevada regulators investigated; that was the older Nevada platform, not today's multistate app. Caesars in Colorado was down for at least 8 hours in January 2024. No press report of a 2025 or 2026 outage was found, which is not the same as none.[75][76][74]

Promos: profit boosts paid in cash

The New York offer seen on 2026-10-09: a first bet of $1 or more earns ten 100% profit boosts. Each boost takes a stake of up to $25 and pays up to $2,500 in extra winnings, in cash, and expires 14 days after it is awarded. No minimum-odds rule was seen.[31]

Example prices A $25 bet at −110 wins $22.73; with a 100% profit boost it wins $45.45. On a coin flip that is worth about $10.23 a boost instead of costing $1.14, so about $102 across all ten if each is used that way.[calc]

Bonus bets elsewhere carry tighter terms: they cannot be redeemed for cash or transferred, Caesars' Montana bonus-bet page gives a default expiry of 7 days unless the offer says otherwise, and Nevada's $50 bet-match expires in 30 days with the stake excluded from winnings. Offers differ by state and change often; read Caesars' own promo page for your state.[33][32]

Sports bets earn Caesars Rewards: up to 10 Reward Credits and 10 Tier Credits per $100 on straights at −300 or longer, up to 20 on parlays at +200 or longer, less at shorter odds. One review site values 100 Reward Credits at $1 in sportsbook bonus cash, which would make it about $0.10 per $100 on a straight bet.[34][35]

Safety and licensing

Caesars Sportsbook is licensed by the state regulator where it operates; Massachusetts and Iowa regulators name the licensee American Wagering, Inc., the former William Hill US entity. Caesars Entertainment bought William Hill in April 2021 for about £2.9bn; William Hill was licensed in Nevada in June 2012.[3][21][1][4]

Shareholders approved a sale of Caesars Entertainment to Fertitta Entertainment, at $31 a share in cash (about $17.6bn), on 2026-09-22. Federal and state gaming approvals are still needed, and press expects them to run into 2027.[5][6][7]

New Jersey's DGE fined it $251,250 plus $45,465.38 disgorgement in August 2026: self-excluded people could wager through other platforms, the daily self-exclusion list was not sent, lifetime exclusion was offered online, and required responsible-gambling messaging was missing. Press called it the largest DGE penalty on an online sportsbook since 2018. Earlier: Ohio $150,000 (2023, affiliate advertising), Iowa $60,000 (2022, credit cards used through prepaid cards) and two $10,000 Massachusetts penalties (2025 and 2026).[15][16][17][19][20][21][18][3]

In September 2023 an attacker copied Caesars' loyalty database, including driver's license and/or Social Security numbers for a significant number of members; Caesars said it had no evidence that bank or card data were taken. The parent's $7.8M Nevada anti-money-laundering settlement in 2025 concerned casino play by an illegal bookmaker, not the sportsbook.[50][51][22][23]

Tools on Caesars' pages: daily, weekly or monthly deposit limits, spend and daily time limits, a 3–30 day cool-off, and self-exclusion of at least 12 months. Tightening a limit applies at once; loosening one waits. No reality-check tool was found. vigged.com is for readers 21+; help: 1-800-GAMBLER.[43][44]

Caesars says support is available 7 days a week but lists no support phone number or hours on the pages read.[42]

How it compares

On the 6-point 2-team NFL teaser, one 2025 newsletter had Caesars at −125 and bet365 at −120; Action Network says −110 is no longer offered at the US books it checked.[61][62]

On limits, some bettors quoted by the Indianapolis Business Journal credit Caesars with higher limits than DraftKings, BetMGM and PointsBet. That is anecdote, not data.[41]

Example prices Kalshi's taker fee turns a 50¢ contract into about −107.3, a hold of about 3.5% with no spread, against 4.76% at −110/−110; with a 1¢ spread it is about 5.5%, worse than −110. Kalshi is not a sportsbook: it is a CFTC-regulated exchange where you trade contracts against other traders and pay fees instead of vig.[63][calc]

Caesars' prices on vigged's board can drift from the book's own, so vigged leaves Caesars out of its arbitrage, +EV and middles tools. Caesars still shows on the board and can still be the best price.[77]

Same bet, better number: check Caesars' price against other US sportsbooks before you bet, especially on parlays and teasers.[52][61]

Pros

  • Caesars says many withdrawals are approved within an hour; approved debit often posts within an hour and most PayPal the same day.[11][13]
  • Parlays priced at true multiplied odds, plus same-game parlays, Flex Parlays, live betting, streaming and full cash out.[57][60][70][69]
  • High published caps: $1,000,000 maximum stake and $3,000,000 maximum daily win.[27]
  • Profit-boost winnings paid in cash, and sports bets earn Caesars Rewards credits.[31][34]
  • 4.7 on the App Store from about 113K ratings.[46]

Cons

  • Standard −110 on main lines, no reduced juice found.[52]
  • 2-team NFL teaser reported at −125 in 2025, behind bet365's −120.[61]
  • New Jersey's August 2026 fine over self-exclusion failures, plus earlier fines in Ohio, Iowa and Massachusetts.[15][19][21][18]
  • The 2023 Caesars Rewards data breach exposed ID numbers for a significant number of members.[50]
  • Rules differ by state and Caesars' own help pages conflict on SGP voids and cash out.[69][68][57]
  • No published fee schedule or support phone line found.[11][42]

Caesars Sportsbook vs other books

  • vs DraftKings 7.9/10

Some bettors interviewed by the Indianapolis Business Journal credit Caesars with higher limits than DraftKings; that is anecdote, not data.[41]

  • vs BetMGM 7.6/10

A 2022 analysis of BBB withdrawal complaints named BetMGM, DraftKings and FanDuel, not Caesars; Caesars says many withdrawals are approved within an hour.[25][11]

  • vs Kalshi 8.1/10

Example prices Kalshi's taker fee at 50¢ is about −107.3 a side, against Caesars' standard −110. Kalshi is a CFTC-regulated exchange, not a sportsbook: you trade contracts against other traders.[63][52][calc]
