Do BetMGM and Caesars limit winning bettors?
Both can. BetMGM told Massachusetts regulators it limits about 1% of its bettors there, cutting stake factors to 50%, 25% or lower. Caesars’ house rules let it restrict stakes per customer, and its COO said it does not ban customers for winning. No Caesars-specific limiting data was found.
