Sportsbooks in Maine

On vigged, DraftKings and Caesars Sportsbook are ranked for Maine: their prices are the ones best price, +EV and arbitrage use when your state is set to ME. Kalshi joins them as a book (on by default) on a side with $2,000 available at its price.

Not licensed in Maine: FanDuel, BetMGM, Hard Rock Bet, theScore Bet and Circa Sports. With your state set, vigged shows their prices, unranked.

Offshore sites such as Bovada are not licensed in Maine or any other state: no regulator holds your deposits or settles disputes. vigged shows offshore prices unranked and never links to them.

Prediction markets: Kalshi and Polymarket US

Kalshi offers sports event contracts in Maine to adults 18+. It is a federally regulated exchange (CFTC), not a state-licensed sportsbook, which is why it can operate alongside the sportsbooks.

Polymarket US, the CFTC-regulated app Polymarket launched in late 2025, lists Maine as eligible; access is opening by waitlist. It is a separate order book from Polymarket’s international site, which does not serve US users.

How they differ from a sportsbook: you buy a contract that pays $1 if the outcome happens, priced in cents (58¢ is a 58% chance), from other traders rather than a bookmaker. Fees take the place of vig, the minimum age is 18 rather than 21, and the legal fight over sports contracts is still moving.
