How NHL player props work on vigged
The main NHL player props, side by side before the game: one row per player and stat at the main number, with the best over and the best under among your books and the no-vig price beside them (a yes-only market, such as an anytime scorer, shows the best price).
A price better than the no-vig price is marked +EV, an estimate of value. Prices load live in your browser and update as the books move.
Frequently asked questions
What is a player prop?
A bet on one player’s stat in one game, such as points, passing yards or strikeouts, over or under a number the book sets. Books set these numbers differently, so the same player can be over at one book and under at another.
How does vigged pick the best price?
Each row compares the books on the same player, stat and number, and marks the best over and the best under among your books. The no-vig price beside it is the price with the book’s cut removed: a price better than it is marked +EV, an estimate of value.
Are the prices live?
Yes. Prices load in your browser and update as the books move. Props are pregame only: a game’s rows leave the board when it starts.
