Frequently asked questions

How do I convert American odds to decimal?

For positive odds, divide by 100 and add 1 (+150 becomes 2.50). For negative odds, divide 100 by the odds without the minus sign and add 1 (−110 becomes 1.91).

How do I convert decimal odds to American?

If the decimal is 2.00 or more, subtract 1 and multiply by 100 (2.50 becomes +150). If it is below 2.00, divide −100 by the decimal minus 1 (1.50 becomes −200).

How do I convert odds to implied probability?

Divide 1 by the decimal odds. In American odds, use 100 / (odds + 100) for positive prices and |odds| / (|odds| + 100) for negative ones. −110 implies 52.38%; +150 implies 40%.

What is −110 in fractional odds?

−110 is 10/11: you win 10 for every 11 staked. +250 is 5/2 and +100 (even money) is 1/1.
